OHS Act Section 38(1)(p).

Any person who willfully or recklessly does anything at a workplace or in connection with the use of plant or machinery which threatens the safety or health of any person, shall be guilty of an offence and on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding R50 000 or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
