Klass Looch Associates’ mission is to advise and represent the interests of employers and users of plant and machinery, both corporate bodies and individuals, in all matters pertaining to occupational health and safety legislation.

Klass Looch Associates prides itself on its excellent litigation record and has an impressive client base which includes numerous prestigious South African and multinational corporations. It also has extensive contacts within the various State Departments which police occupational health and safety legislation.

Raynard Looch obtained his BA.LLB at Pretoria University and joined the Department of Justice in 1983 and was admitted to the Bar as an advocate in 1984. He served as a prosecutor until resigning to form Klass Looch Associates after identifying a need to offer employers a specialised service. Since 1986 he has successfully represented many employers in criminal matters pertaining to the occupational health and safety legislation and is the  author of The Guideline to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. He has delivered many papers on the Act and regularly writes articles on the Act to a variety of specialised magazines.
