Legal Representation at Inquisitorial Procedures.
Representation at Section 31 Investigations or Section 32 Formal Inquiries
held by the Inspection and Enforcement Service (formerly Occupational
Health and Safety Inspectorate) within the Department of Labour in terms
of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Representation at inquiries held by the inspectorate of the Department of
Mineral and Energy held in terms of the MHS Act.

Workshops

workshops
Tailored to satisfy the needs of any particular
employer, these in-house workshops cover the Occupational Health and
Safety Act as well as related legislation such as the Compensation for
Occupational In juries and Diseases Act No 130 of 1993 (COID Act), the
Mine Health and Safety Act (MHS Act), the common and the civil law. They
range from 2 to 5 hours and are based on a fee per delegate attending.

Open workshops
Advocate Raynard Looch shares his wealth of experience,
both prosecutorial and defence, on aspects of the Occupational Health and
Safety Act, Mine Health & Safety Act, related legislation, the common and
civil law, with a variety of delegates on a bi-annual basis in centres
such as Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Invitations
via post, fax and e-mail are extended, utilising an extensive database
which has been compiled over more than 15 years. Delegates are supplied
with handouts and are kept updated on the most recent developments in the
occupational health and safety legislation field. A fee is charged per
delegate.
